Individual Therapy
Beginning therapy can be daunting, so I strive to make it comfortable and honor the courage that it takes to walk through the door. Once you've arrived, I will work with you to find new perspectives on your life and what matters most to you. I utilize an integrative model founded on evidence-based practices from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and yoga therapy. My goal is to help you learn how to adapt to life’s painful experiences and move toward the life you want to live with greater compassion and self-awareness.
